Context
Oro & Baud is an independent, high-end French jewelry house, driven by a rare attention to the stone and to the jewel. Its conviction fits in a single line: “Jewelry tells its story.”
Oro & Baud has no boutique. The house invites its clients to private evenings around gemmology and jewelry: exceptional moments where each piece is told, from the journey of the stone to its traceability, from the savoir-faire to the story of its creation.
The challenge
How to extend that experience beyond the evening? It was essential for Oro & Baud to celebrate the story of each jewel long after the encounter: to highlight its narrative, the savoir-faire, and the history as well as the traceability of the stone. For them, what matters is an exceptional client experience; what was missing was a lasting memory, attached to the piece itself, to carry it through time.
The answer · Passport
With Passport, each Oro & Baud piece receives its passport: the origin and traceability of the stone, the savoir-faire, the story of its creation, and a space the client enriches with their own memories. The experience of the evenings continues in the client’s hands, long after.
The jewel becomes the vessel of a personal story, and Oro & Baud stays present in its life, even when it changes hands.
The result
Eternall Stories was a revelation for us, the missing piece of our client experience. The response from our collectors is enthusiastic. We highly recommend this service.
The double story — that of the stone and its creation, and that of the client — has become a marker of the Oro & Baud experience. Their clients are delighted: a jewel that keeps its voice, a jeweler that celebrates the story of every piece.
